Integrated Tank Terminal Platform

The Ras Markaz Strategic Tank Terminal Platform (STFTT) is a multi-phase energy infrastructure development strategically positioned in the Sultanate of Oman to support regional and international crude oil storage, petroleum processing, blending, and marine fuel operations.

Developed in alignment with Oman Vision 2040, the platform is designed to strengthen Oman’s position as a major international energy, logistics, and maritime hub connecting the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and global energy markets.

Located outside the Strait of Hormuz, the project offers exceptional geopolitical and logistical advantages for international oil companies, commodity traders, refiners, and strategic reserve operators seeking secure, flexible, and commercially efficient energy infrastructure solutions.

The project integrates five core divisions:

  • Floating Tank Terminal (FTT)
  • On-Land Tank Terminal (OLTT)
  • Hydrodesulfurization Station (HDS)
  • Blending Services
  • Bunkering Station

Through phased implementation, scalable infrastructure, and long-term commercial partnerships, the platform is positioned to become a major regional center for petroleum storage, processing, and marine energy services.
